I. INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS

In compliance with the provisions of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR), please be informed that:

  2. Under the provisions of the above Regulation of the European Parliament, a data subject has the right to request access to his/her personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction on processing, object against processing, and the right to data transfer.
  3. Personal data will not be transferred to data recipients or third parties other than:
    • o authorised staff of the employer,
    • o resulting from legal provisions,
    • o for the provision of banking services to the company,
    • o service providers who have been contractually entrusted with the processing of Personal Data to provide services to the Controller, their authorised employees - to the extent necessary for the proper performance of such services,
    • o entities cooperating with the Controller to whom the Personal Data is disclosed subject to the consent of the data subject and for the purposes indicated therein.
  4. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
  5. Data is processed in connection with the performance of the contract, which the data subject is a party to and also necessary for the performance of contractual objectives (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
  6. The provision of personal data is necessary and serves exclusively for the performance of the contract to which the data relates. The processing of the personal data provided will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.
  7. If the data subject believes that the processing of data violates the law, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e., the Office for Personal Data Protection (00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, phone: 22 531 03 00, fax: 22 531 03 01.
  8. Personal Data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in paragraph 6 and thereafter to the extent required by generally applicable law.
  9. The workplace is equipped with video surveillance. The purpose of the surveillance system is to ensure the safety of employees, protect property, and control production. Production halls, traffic and technological paths throughout the facility are monitored, except for sanitary facilities and changing rooms. The monitoring network consists of cameras placed in visible locations within the company, which will be indicated to the employee during the first familiarisation with the layout of the workplace. Surveillance footage is stored for one month on a disk located at the workplace, after which it is automatically erased.

II. INFORMATION ON RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Please include a clause agreeing to the processing of personal data in your CV submitted for the recruitment process. Proposed content:

  6. The provision of personal data is voluntary and serves exclusively to carry out the recruitment process and is necessary for its fulfilment (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). The processing of the personal data provided will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR

III. INFORMATION FOR THE EMPLOYEE

The employee's data shall be processed under the provisions of the labour law for purposes of the employment relationship and stored in accordance with the implementing regulations in the personal file.

The workplace is equipped with video surveillance.

The purpose of the surveillance system is to ensure the safety of employees, protect property, and control production.

Surveillance scope. Production halls, traffic and technological paths throughout the facility are monitored, except for sanitary facilities and changing rooms.

The monitoring network consists of cameras placed in visible locations within the company, the location of which will be indicated to the employee during the first familiarisation with the layout of the workplace. Surveillance footage is stored for one month on a disk located at the workplace, after which it is automatically erased.

    • service providers who have been contractually entrusted with the processing of Personal Data to provide the services rendered to the Administrator, their authorised employees - to the extent necessary for the proper performance of these services, in particular, the data collected by telematics devices regarding driving speed, current position, route covered, length of layovers, places visited are collected to increase work safety, optimise logistics activities and to monitor the performance of the employees' duties,
    • entities cooperating with the Controller to whom the Personal Data is disclosed subject to the consent of the data subject and for the purposes indicated therein.
  4. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
  5. The provision of personal data is a statutory requirement and is mandatory (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR). The processing of the personal data provided by the employee will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.
  6. If an employee believes that data processing violates the law, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e., the Office for Personal Data Protection (00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, phone: 22 531 03 00, fax: 22 531 03 01.
  7. Staff personal files are archived for 50 years in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 on the scope of keeping records by employers in matters relating to the employment relationship and the manner of maintaining employee personal files (Journal of Laws 1996.62.286).

IV. INFORMATION ON COOKIES

  1. The website does not automatically collect any information except that contained in cookies.
