Laser cutting currently represents the most precise method applied in the sector which makes it possible to obtain even and repetitive cut. No other technology enables the cutting of so many different organic and non-organic materials. It is perfect for cutting pipes, profiles and other metal components.

Our machines

Highest quality machine is necessary to obtain the best cut. DAJANO is in possession of new generation machines for laser treatment by Italy-based BLM GROUP company. We use LASERTUBE LT8.10 with adjustable heads enabling the cutting at the angle of 45 degrees. They are characterized by high laser treatment precision, at the same time maintaining high quality of detail representation. Thanks to high laser power, precise and clean cutting can be performed on the elements from materials with various thickness and hardness. The applied technology makes it possible to cut every material with the precision of up to 0.1 mm! Our machines are equipped with a tilting axis enabling the cutting in three dimensions. In this way we obtain the guarantee of smooth edges and clean surface without scratches or splinters. 3kw fibre laser source enables the treatment of all materials with unprecedented effectiveness and quality.

Advantages of laser cutting

As laser cutting is contactless, the surface of treated material remains untouched. No finishing is thus necessary and the edges are perfectly smooth. In this way, it is not necessary to perform any sealing, grinding or sandblasting activities.
Laser technology is the source of both high performance and economy. Thanks to its application, the quantity of waste material is reduced importantly, which translates into the reduction of manufacturing costs to minimum. What is more, laser cutting machines wear out less than half as quickly as the machines used in traditional methods and the problem of melting heads is eliminated.
Laser cutting is at the same time much more eco-friendly than the methods representing lower technological advancement.
